Long time have pass since last writing. There was not so much news about Sanja recent swimming or anything else related to Sanja Jovanović. But now we have some news, some bad and some not so bad news. Anyway we must say that Sanja Jovanović no longer holds world record on 50m backstroke short course. [...]

Swimming World Championship in Rome
This World Championship is not good for Sanja Jovanović, she did very bad in womens 50m back. She finished on 14th place with 28.28 seconds. And she qualified for semi finals, in semi finals she did better but not enough for finals. Sanja made 28.19 on 50m backstroke.

Sanja Jovanovic was announce the best swimmer in Croatia for 2008. Thats no doubt good choice because she did great results this year and she deserve it. Great week for Sanja Jovanović, first she was two times second in Sweden at Stockholm. Sanja Jovanović finished second just after Brazil’s Fabiola Molina with 0.23 seconds later with time 27.97. Good result for Sanja on 50 backstroke, she also swim 200 backstroke, she was also second with 0.36 seconds after Denmark’s Pernille [...]

Sanja Jovanovic has fail to qualify for semi finals, she finished 22th in Olympic games 100m backstroke. This is her main discipline and she have fail to qualify for semifinals. Poor result for Sanja Jovanovic. We can for now just hope that she will do better in her next disciplines.
