Sanja Jovanovic has fail to qualify for semi finals, she finished 22th in Olympic games 100m backstroke. This is her main discipline and she have fail to qualify for semifinals. Poor result for Sanja Jovanovic. We can for now just hope that she will do better in her next disciplines.

Sanja Jovanovic gave exclusive interview to javno.hr about Next Olympic games which start 8.8.2008.
Sanja says: “I want to achieve my aim and dream, and enter the finals of the Olympic Games in Beijing. I will swim only 100 and 200m backstroke considering that unfortunately, there is no discipline of 50m backstroke at the Olympic Games.”
She also confirm that shes doing great with her coach Dimitri Bobev. Sanja Jovanovic is one of best Croatian hopes on Olympic games. She is World and European swimming champion in 50m backstroke and owner of 170 Croatian records.
